The Log Locker: Operating Instructions

At The Log Locker, we are all about convenience and we know you want to grab your logs on the way home or as you head into work - whatever time that may be. Our lockers are therefore operational from at least 7am until at least 9pm! 

The Log Locker uses the best current technology and our lockers are regularly tested so we are confident that your purchase will be quick and easy. However, if you should run into any problems then please don't hesitate to call us on 07590 535 436. Someone will be able to assist you if your call is between 0700-1900. In the unlikely event that you have an out-of-hours issue then please just leave us a message and we will respond as soon as we can. Rest assured that any necessary refunds or repairs are always dealt with promptly.

Yes, we are happy to accept your used boxes and will recycle or repurpose these for you. There is a recycling container provided at The Log Locker for you to drop off any unwanted boxes after use.  As a small, rural business we are always striving to be more and more sustainable and eco-friendly (no plastic bags or nets here!). It's all part of our pledge to care for our planet - that's also why we use solar power for our lockers and always source our wood responsibly.

The Log Locker is equipped with sensors and cameras so we always have real-time alerts about sales and stock levels. This means that we can ensure The Log Locker is always kept well-stocked! If there isn't enough wood for your requirements then please contact us.
